Description of mpv-android

A simple Android wrapper around the libmpv library provided by mpv. Android developers welcome to contribute!

No aarch64 binaries because @jeeb is lazy.

First build that I am planning to post on Google Play unless I failed hard. The signing key has changed, so an upgrade from non-Play version will not work. Sorry.

Full set of dependencies for each build can be found in the release notes on our github repository.
